Elite Pitching and Catching Camp

Pitchers will with former and current college pitchers on mechanics of each pitch, tips and drills for gaining velocity, importance of offspeed pitching, drills to work on pinpoint accuracy, and leadership in the pitching circle.

Catchers will spend the first half of camp working on blocking, throws, setup, and framing. The second half will be working with pitchers and emphasizing framing, being timed on throws to bases, and metrics on overhand velocity.
